Bidyadanga Community

Bidyadanga Community is the largest remote Aboriginal community in Western Australia, located 1590 kilometres north of Perth. The population of Bidyadanga is around 750 people.

West Australian Alternative Energy designed and installed rooftop solar systems for a number of buildings in the community including the general store, workshop and community centre.

A total of 160kw was installed by the team at WAAE over a three-week period, assisting the community to reduce their electricity bills.
